Delivery

All our deliveries are made by Royal Mail or ParcelForce.
The delivery charge is calculated by the shopping cart and can be seen before you complete your order payment.

Standard Service

All orders are picked and weighed by hand by our hard working packing department. We aim to get your goods out to you as quickly as possible and normally orders leave us within 2-3 days of being placed, though during busy times it may take a day or two more. In exceptional circumstances your order may take up to two weeks, though this is rare and usually involves orders that require custom blends.

If we expect your order to take longer than usual we will always try and contact you to let you know what's happening.

 

Priority Service UK

Orders placed before 11am may be shipped on the Priority Service for an additional fee. Your order will be packed and shipped the same day, Monday-Thurs. If you place you Priority order Friday - Sunday then it will be shipped the following Monday. This  is a 24 Hour, next day delivery.

 Please note that weekend delivery is not available as standard, though it may be requested by contacting the office.

If an issue arises then we will contact you immediately to let you know. 

If you have provided your email or a mobile number tracking numbers will be sent to you. 

 

 

Standard delivery is 1 to 2 days from leaving us. If you have provided your email or a mobile number tracking numbers will be sent to you. 

Tracking Royal Mail, this will give you progress reports on the delivery.

Tracking Parcelforce, this will give progress reports on the delivery and delivery times. There is also the option to change the delivery day.

We use Royal Mail and ParcelForce for all our UK deliveries. 

 

 

International Delivery, Europe and Rest of World

International delivery costs are based on the weight and size of your order. The website will automatically take these and calculate your postage rate when you go through the checkout of the cart. 

 

Returning Goods

Please contact us as soon as the goods arrive if they have been damaged in transit or if an item is not as you ordered. If a fault is found on unpacking please report this as soon as possible. We will pay for the cost of return and either give a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Return of Unwanted Goods 

If you order incorrect products, or change your mind after seeing them, we will give a full refund upon their receipt back to us if they are in the same condition as when sold. That is they must be in the original packingand unused. In this case you pay the cost of returning the product(s).

Lost / Delay in Transit

If the delivery of an order fails due to loss by the carrier we accept responsibility for the replacement. Tracking will be instigated and a report requested from the shipper to confirm the loss. 
Problems can arise when the carrier has attempted delivery and left a contact card and the recipient has not responded. The goods are then finally returned to us. In this situation delivery out again will be charged for or a full refund made of the value of the order.
