Please be aware that we are not currently shipping orders to Rep. Ireland.


We have recently seen unprecendented numbers of parcels being returned by An Post when shipped to Rep. Ireland. The reason given by them for these returns is, "Failed Electronic Customs Clearance". All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and as part of the sending process we input all required custom infomation. In fact, we can't check-in the parcel until this has been completed and verified. As such we're confident that we are fulfilling all requirements. Despite this An Post are returning parcels.

It seems that from September 2021 this is a widespread issue affected numerous senders, both commerical and retail, and An Post have provided no explanation as to how to remedy it. As such we have taken the decision to temporarily pause shipping to Ireland. We appreciate this isn't ideal, but the exceptioanlly high rate of failed orders is leading to problems both for customers and us a business.

We will continue to work with Royal Mail and An Post to find a solution.
