Wheres my account gone?

Earlier this year we updated the Wingham website to make it easier for you to find what you're after. Running as it was for more than 7 years, the customer database was huge and expanding all the time, so we had to make a few choices when it came to the updates.

In response to feedback we now longer require you to register as a customer in order to buy with us online, so you can be through the checkout process even quicker than before.

So, rather than having to contact every customer and ask if they'd prefer to keep their account, or have us removed their details, we decided that it was simpler just to start afresh. This ensures that we're not needlessly holding data of historic customers when they'd rather checkout as a guest.

If you do decide to register with us again then that's great. It makes it easier to keep track of your orders and manage your account, but now it's up to you.
