HOW TO ORDER WE EXPORT TO THE WORLD We accept Education and Local Authority Orders accompanied by an Official Order number Ordering Options, please read carefully it will help to avoid errors 1 By Mail, when you have received the paper copy of the full price list. Complete the order form in the printed price list or copy the form at the bottom of this page or write out your order with your full address and post with cheque or credit card number 2 By Fax on + 44 (0) 1226 741166, complete the order form in the printed price list or copy the form below or write out your order with your full address, phone number and fax with credit card number. 3 By Phone on + 44 (0) 1226 742926, during office hours 9.30am to 12.30 1.30 to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday. Our phone is always very busy, so it is not always the quickest method. Sometimes when we are short staffed when some of us are working away or even when we are overworked we turn off the phone for a while to have a break, have a coffee or sit in the garden. Please be patient with us. 4 By E- Mail to us at wingwool@clara.net . When ordering please provide us with your full name, postal address, post code, country & telephone number. Do not send any credit card details with the order. We will then calculate the cost of the order with carriage and e mail an Invoice. You must have Acrobat reader installed on your computer to see the detailed Invoice. See below for free installation details Transfer of your credit card details is made through the secure link. This is not an immediate on line payment system we collect your card details on a secure site and process the payment through our own terminal at the time of dispatch of the goods. We do not have an automatic shopping cart system Follow the instructions. When the Invoice is received please print a copy of the invoice for your records. This is a PDF file for which you may need to download Acrobat reader to be able to read it. Acrobat reader can be downloaded from the Acrobat web site. We will not take the payment from your card account until the goods are packed and ready to go. 5 Delivery times UK are subject to how busy we are. Normally parcels are going out within 2-3 days but at busy times it can be up to 14 days. We do not make promises we cannot keep but we do try to get all parcels out promptly. We have four packers working but even they sometimes cannot keep up with orders coming in. A Priority 24 hour service is available at additional cost, see carriage rates page Overseas Delivery are subject to obvious time delays. Please note that mail order goods may be returned unused in original packing if returned within 7days. A full refund will be given. Return postage must be paid by the customer. Please do not use this returns service to check the shades of fibres. Please refer to colour sample sets as detailed on the web pages.
Faulty and damaged good should be returned within 7 days. We should be notified before any damaged items are returned. We will pay the return postage on faulty goods. If faults occur in equipment within 12 months of purchase please inform us. They will either be rectified if a minor problem or the item replaced depending on the nature of the fault. Refunds will be made within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. This does not effect you statutory consumer rights.
Please do not attempt to repair goods that are faulty. This will invalidate our guarantee we offer.

Discounts & Special Offers Rather than use a complicated discount system Wingham Wool Work keep prices as low as possible. We ensure that when buying small quantities you are not charged a premium, giving you the flexibility to experiment and be creative. However, a discount of 5% is allowed on orders over £50 for dyed merino tops only. A discount of 20% is available on any order of fibres over £400 and 25% on orders over £500.
