As handspinners and feltmakers of over 40 years we specialise in selecting and maintaining stocks of the best quality fibres available.
Over this time we have devloped blends and combinations, using our own machinery, which have become firm favourites with spinners and feltmakers. Some have even been re- produced elsewhere by other specialist suppliers around the world. Its good to see this happening as the fibres available to spinners and felters has never been greater. When we first started in business over 30 years ago most people were restricted to greasy fleece and a few other fibres. Now we have the full range from expensive exotics to recycled bio fibres
Because we actually spin and felt with the fibres we know what is required. We source many of our fibres direct from the places of origin so that we may maintain quality and value for money. If we cannot work with it for either felting or spinning we do not sell it. If you want advice on what to use give us a call. Between us we have a depth of knowledge accumulated over the many years we have been working with fibres.
