We have the range of wheels ready set up for you to come and try out at Wentworth
Go to any spinning group in any part of the world and you can pretty much guarantee that someone will be using an Ashford wheel.

Since the 1940's Ashford have been producing spinning wheels from their home in New Zealand. What started as a craftsman making wheels to order has grown through the families generations into what it is today, the largest supplier of textile equipment in the world. The wheels are recognised for their excellent build quality and attention to detail.

Buy any Ashford wheel from Wingham Wool and we'll also throw in a £15 Wingham Fibre Voucher. This can be redeemed against any fibre we sell and have no "use-by" dates.

What's that? You want more? OK, how about the Wingham Price Match? If you find a like-for-like wheel from another seller then we'll match their price AND you'll still get the Wingham Voucher and Free Postage. Not bad eh?
We have the wheels ready and waiting on display for you to come and try them out. Advice is available on the suitability of a wheel for your defined purposes. Its a real shop with lots of equipment and fibres for you to get your hands on and talk to folks who can spin. We are much more than a web site listing.

We also operate as a service centre for Ashford and Kromski wheels. Free servicing is given to your Ashford or Kromski wheel, charges are only made for any parts used. We will also service other makes of wheel but parts are not stocked for these. For a free service just give us a call to fix a time, usually we can carry out a service and tune up while you wait.

All the wheels are held in stock at Wentworth for a quick delivery. We dont wait for an order and then get the wheel in stock. But we do sell a lot of wheels each week.
We have a weekly delivery to us of Ashford products so when sales have overtaken the stock we hold its not long before we have more with us. Delivery normally takes 2-3 days and only a bit longer when we are out of stock of an item.

Ashford have a great set of teaching videos that can be used for many makes of wheel.
